First, I want to share my family with you. I am married to the most awesome man - Bill. He currently works with a ministry called Generous Giving. Here is a picture of us from a recent trip to Italy.
God has blessed up with three wonderful sons and two precious daughters-in-law: Wes, married to Dana for 8 years; Barry, married to Christina for almost 3 years; and David (I don't have to share him yet!). Here is a picture of them from our family sailing trip this summer.
I am venturing out of my comfort zone - to take my mentoring skills public! God has had me on this journey for twenty-five years - first placing a couple of "older woman" in my life to model walking with God and being a godly wife and mom. He has put a passion within me to pass this on to other young women and to help other "older women" to invest their lives also. So as I have dreamed and planned and implemented this journey of mentoring, my desire is that God uses the tools to help and enable other women to do the same. Our mandate comes from
Titus 2:3-5 - "Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored. "
